    1. We have used a lot of different apps. They will be very useful now and in the future. Some of the apps are harder than others. But for the most part they are pretty easy to use. Some of the apps are also good for students to work in partners too.

    1. I never really understood blogging either. I was never interested in it and I viewed it in the same way that you did. Hopefully this assignemtn will change the way that I view blogging from now on. Maybe I will even use blogging as a tool to help me in the future when I get a job. Who knows, maybe I will become a consistent blogger too.

  14. That is horrible to hear. The people who are dedicated and take it seriously shouldn't have to worry about being cut from the team. With a team that is already so small, why do they need to cut even more people? Hopefully there will not be too many cuts from the team. Also, hopefully they do not cut the people who are dedicated and take the sport very seriously.

    1. The Arc is a very nice gym, I will agree. All the gyms back home are no where compared to the acr. I love going to climb at the arc, it is such a great work out but at the same time its fun. The basketball courts are also very nice I do like how on every court theres something different going on. I also like that I can run the track and then go right into my lifting work out.

    1. Don't worry the past month I have been so busy that I haven't been able to run or work out really. I am really planning on getting back on track when I go home for the summer. You might want to check a local YMCA for what programs that they have. I know back at home when college students go back they get a discount and stuff. So this may be a possibility for you.

    1. Like you I also have been running for a long time too. I always thought that it has defined who I am. I also have been struggling with eating healthy and keeping up with all my workouts. Since I have been so busy I have been slacking with working outs and even eating. I know its bad but I have to be honest I will wake up late or just be running from class to class and will forget to eat.

  20. I could write you a book on my feelings about this but ill keep it short. Part of me is glad that that some of the girls are getting cut. I know that may make me sound like a jerk, but let me explain why. Over the past few years, i have had to witness first hand guys be turned away for the team who have trained an entire summer, and shown up to every workout and practice through the year, but still not get a chance to compete. On the other hand, i have seen the girls cross country roster have close to 60 girls, many of whom are rarely at practice, and only show up on race days. That has been the most frustrating thing for me as a runner. I do feel bad that there will probably be a few girls who get cut that do work hard, and give there best, because I know what that feels like all to well. Even though i know that the impact of having girls cut, will have an adversely negative affect on the guys team, I cant say that I will feel too bad for the people who never show up, and haven't done anything to earn there spot.

    1. I thought this day was well ran. It was a perfect day to do it with how nice it was outside. I also think we should do it more often. I know of people who aren't in the physical education major also enjoyed the day and want it to happen again. Hopefully we will have another one soon.
